What you'll need
- A wall, a couch cushion, and a laundry basket
Step by step
- 1
Wall push-ups: 10 reps. Hands on wall, body angled, push.

Cushion squish: child lies under a couch cushion while you press gently and count to 20.

Laundry basket pull: load it with books or toys; child pulls it across the room.

Bear walk: across the room on hands and feet. Twice.
- 5
Big bear hug. Long, slow squeeze.
Variations & next steps
Add a mini trampoline, weighted blanket, or chewy snack to extend the regulation effect.
